Early Check-In has charge of 200.00/hour or by 6:00 AM/Full 1 Night Rate

GENERAL POLICIES

Guest is responsible for any damage or loss that occurs to Hotel property on their behalf. Prices for Linens and Appliances are available at the Front Desk.

Forbidden to bring any type of Food/Drinks, and Cooking inside the Hotel Premises. FOOD & DRINK CORKAGE Php500.00/person.

Safety Deposit Box is available inside the Room and is accessible 24 hours. The Hotel will not be responsible for any loss and claims on un-deposited valuables.

Pets are not allowed inside the Hotel premises.

Rooms are non-smoking and for any case (Cigarette/E. Cigarette) Php 10,000.00 will be charge as penalty. Excessive noise is prohibited.

Hotel Rooms/Villa Rooms rates are good for 2 persons only, for any additional person will incur additional charge of Php 1,000.00/person.

Swimming Pool time start at 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM

A Security Deposit worth Php 2,000.00 is required upon check-in for any credentials and can be refundable upon check-out
CANCELLATION POLICY

Upon declaring the Room/Night Cancellation during the stay will be charged a full/100% of the Total bill.

Lean Season: Free of Cost Room Cancellation before 14 days from the Arrival Date. A 1 night Cancellation charge per Room will be

charge, in less than 14 days of declaring the Cancellation.

A 1 night Cancellation charge per Room will be charge, in less than 14 days of declaring the Cancellation. 50%/Half of the Total bill will be charged upon declaring the Room Cancellation in less than 21 days.

Hotel Seoul requires credit card to guarantee your room reservation, the Hotel may hold an amount on your credit card prior to arrival.

All requests are subject to availability and the Hotel bears no responsibility should it be unable to fulfill certain requests.
